Brewers Tackle slip floats are made of high density EVA foam. They were designed to drift in both fast and slow water. The 1/2oz is setup to fish functionally with a 1/2oz lead plus bait as well as 1/2 oz with a jig underneath. This is intentional to maximize the value of a single float in your tackle box.
